The KIDS size sandbag has 7 smaller, ergonomically placed handles designed specifically to accommodate the body frame and hand grip of children and comes with a foam liner inside the shell adding a slight buffer between the weights in the bag and your child.
The Curl, Centre and End handles are designed to fully rotate around the webbing to help eliminate the risk of injury to the hands and wrists from repetitive motion while training.
